Goal
Promoting international collaboration by creating trust between teams, as well as introducing effective meeting processes for sustainably increased motivation.
Result
Conception and implementation of a conference format according to the Art of Hosting approach for 40 experts from the IT sector (software developers, hardware developers, system architects).
